Unfortunately there is no one size fits all answer to this one. It will depend on the scope of work of the renovation. We would be happy to answer this for you specifically once we know your full scope of work.
This depends on the scope of the renovation. A lot of the time it is more comfortable and relaxing for you to move out fully during the renovation. Also, it’s usually quite a bit more efficient time wise if you are out of the home as well. If we are just doing outside work, then there is no need to alter your lifestyle inside the home.
Not all renovations require a permit, but we will take care of any paperwork and permitting that is required for your specific project.
You will have the full support of our in house interior designer that is assigned to your project! They will help you with all of your choices and make sure we order things in a timely fashion.
