We really believe the home building experience shouldn’t have to be stressful but actually enjoyable. We’ve developed an amazing process that works because we focus on supporting and guiding you through your home build while making it feel good.
With every build, we bring our passion for all things home as well as our love of seeing people happily living an amazing life! This means we bring a ton of care both to craft and to our relationship with you by paying attention to details and providing a high-level of quality to your new home build. We love being there to support you in making great long-term decisions that will be supportive to your family and your bank account. And yah, you can be sure we’ll share a little laughter along the way.
We are big believers in regular and clear communication and are happy to email, telephone, or book in-person meetings or video calls; whatever makes it easy for you. You will have an assigned project manager and interior designer, and they will be your main source of communication with anything related to your build.
We are a licensed builder and have warranty through BC Housing and Pacific Home Warranty.
We cover all areas of the Comox Valley! Fanny Bay through Oyster River.

We have a brand new Home Center, completed in 2022. This space gives you design ideas, shows you options of finishes, and allows you to see our quality of finishes. We are very excited for you to come by and see it! We also have a beautiful Fireplace Showroom attached to our Home Center, making it a convenient spot to come in for all the design inspiration you could want!
This typically means we do not have any houses currently available for sale. You are more than welcome to reach out to us any time to see if we have anything coming up that may suit what you are looking for.
Each build is unique and the build times will vary from home to home. With that in mind, Cameron homes are usually completed in about 6 months from when we break ground onsite.
It is your house! You are more than welcome to go and look at the progress throughout the build. We just ask that you go in with us to do a tour or after working hours. Keeping in mind it is a jobsite and you would need to follow all safety precautions while onsite.
Either-or! If we have a lot available that suits you, we can build your new home there. We’re also just as happy to build on a lot you’ve already purchased or are in the process of purchasing. We encourage you to reach out to us to assist in the lot purchasing process as well, we would love to help!
Dream on! Seriously. Your home has to work for you, your family and your lifestyle. When we meet at our Home Center, we like to get a good sense of what you envision your perfect home to be. Our interior designers will help you customize your home to your exact style and design throughout the whole process of the build.
We have in-house interior designers that will assist you with the entire process of the house build. They will help guide you to the right places, products and designs that will match your budget and your style!
Yes. During our initial conversation we’ll cover all the details to understand what your needs are regarding energy efficiency. We’ll provide you with options that both suit your lifestyle and your budget. Our standard homes meet a very high energy efficiency standard and we will help guide you through picking the best energy efficiency items in the home. There are also rebates that can assist with the costs of adding in more energy efficient heating systems and features in the home.
Anything from traditional, to modern and contemporary and anything in between. Often, we mix styles together to suit our customers’ vision and needs. We love hearing what your style is and designing something to match.
Yes. If this is the direction you want to take, we’ll let you know when the best time during the building phase is to make your purchase. We can also assist you in purchasing the best appliance package for you. We have personal relationships with the appliance suppliers in town and can get you great contractor pricing.
We take care of all of the administration and application requirements on your behalf.

Not being afraid of the big overhaul projects, we truly love helping those who love the home they’re in, but want to make some big changes. We’ll push a wall out, extend a room, upgrade the electrical, plumbing and heating. We’ll also help you design the interior with finishing touches that elevate your new home and suit your style.
Typically we do take on the larger scale renovation projects, but it never hurts to call us and ask! We would love to see what your project is and see if it might fit into our schedule, if not, we are more than happy to give you a recommendation for someone who is better suited to your renovation.
Unfortunately there is no one size fits all answer to this one. It will totally depend on the scope of work of the renovation. We would be happy to answer this for you specifically once we know your full scope of work.
Depending on the scope of the renovation! A lot of the time it is a lot more comfortable and relaxing for you to move out fully during the renovation. It is usually quite a bit more efficient time wise if you are out of the home as well. If we are just doing outside work, then no need to alter your lifestyle inside the home.
Not all renovations require a permit, but we will take care of any paperwork and permitting that is required for your specific project.
You will have the full support of our in house interior designer that is assigned to your project! They will help you with all of your choices and make sure we order things in a timely fashion.

We have many Modular homes already in production. Depending on your needs, they can be ready within as little as a few weeks and we can do fully customized units in about 3-4 months.
It is built locally on Vancouver Island in Cumberland, BC.
Yes, there are some permits required from the jurisdiction that your property is located. Permitting would be for the site works, servicing onsite and the plumbing. Everything else for the modular is taken care of in the processing plant. We will take care of all of the administrative requirements needed for any permits required.
As long as your property has the zoning for a secondary dwelling you just need the appropriate permits from your local jurisdiction and you are good to go! We will take care of all of the administrative requirements for the permits required.
We bring the same Cameron passion, care, and attention to detail to each build. We want your home to still be standing 100 years from now–that’s the kind of stamp of approval we aim to put on our builds.
You will be taken through the whole design process with our in-house interior designers.
You certainly can! We also have builders packages of appliances available to you or suppliers that we can recommend.
If we start fresh with a design, we can certainly customize a plan to your design layouts. If it is already in production, then the plans are already set.

They are very well insulated! These homes easily meet step code 4 and are Net Zero ready. We can run through the options with you!
Yes, you sure can!
They are strapped down with seismic strapping. It will be done based on the your local jurisdictions bylaws and your preference.
